Hauz and Kaluanã: A solid partnership in ocean sailing
Hauz Engenharia has distinguished itself in its support for Brazilian nautical sports, maintaining a solid partnership with the Kaluanã team. Since its founding in 2022, the crew has won important titles, such as the Brazilian Offshore Sailing Championship RGSB and victory in the Ilhabela International Sailing Week RGSB in 2024.
The Ilhabela International Sailing Week (SIVI) is the largest ocean sailing event in Latin America, bringing together professional and amateur athletes of various nationalities. The 2025 edition, held from July 19 to 26, featured the participation of about 120 sailboats, including the Kaluanã team, which continues to showcase its technique, strategy, and team spirit.
Hauz’s relationship with Kaluanã goes beyond an interest in the sport. One of the company’s partners, Pedro Bueno, is an active member of the team, representing Hauz in regattas and reinforcing the connection between the company and the world of ocean sailing. This proximity allows Hauz to closely follow the team’s performance and be inspired by the qualities that sailing requires—planning, coordination, and collaboration, which are also present in the company’s projects.
